Top Film & Television Apps on Android in Colombia: Q2 2025 Performance

In the second quarter of 2025, the performance of film and television apps on the Android platform in Colombia showcased interesting trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps experienced varied patterns in downloads and active users.

Cinemark Colombia, published by SunDevs, saw a notable increase in downloads mid-quarter, peaking at approximately 8.5K in the week of May 26. Active users initially rose from around 34.2K to over 50K in April, followed by a decline to approximately 38.9K by the end of June.

Cinépolis, from Cinepolis Android, experienced a significant rise in downloads, reaching 4.8K in the week of May 19. Active users also increased, peaking at about 13.3K in the same week before settling at around 8.6K by the end of the quarter.

TodayTix – Theatre Tickets showed a gradual increase in downloads and active users, with downloads reaching a high of 529 in the week of June 2. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight peak at 1.6K in early June.

Cinelandia Multiplex had modest download numbers, peaking at 439 in the week of May 26. However, data on active users was not available.

Normandia Cine Family maintained low download figures, with a slight increase to 60 in the week of May 19, but no active user data was reported.
